💜 Enjoy Being Human is my love project. It grew out of a whole lot of life experience, learning how to genuinely want to be here, becoming a therapist, and spending the last 26 years helping over 1,000 humans navigate being human.

I help people build practical emotional and nervous system skills so they can work with thoughts, emotions, stress, relationships, overwhelm, life life-ing, and the brain brain-ing a little more skillfully. 🧠

My work blends nervous system education, psychology, mindfulness, practical life skills, and spiritual connection in a grounded, human way. I believe people are already whole. Most of us were just never taught the skills for working with our minds, emotions, bodies, and energy.

People I work with often report:
• feeling calmer and more emotionally regulated
• less mental chatter and overthinking
• improved boundaries and self-respect
• pausing before reacting
• healthier relationships
• a stronger connection with higher self, intuition, source, and spirit

I work with adults of all ages through:
• 1:1 sessions
• guided meditations
• community learning
• nervous system education
• practical emotional tools
• spiritual enrichment and self-awareness practices

I partner with healers, coaches, community builders, space holders, and wisdom keepers to support transformation at both the individual and collective level. My work includes Human Design coaching, intuitive guidance, energy healing, and embodiment practices, as well as guest workshops, facilitation, energetic support, and space holding within communities, programs, retreats, and events.

Whether I'm helping someone navigate their next chapter or supporting a larger container designed to serve others, my intention is the same: to help people reconnect with their inner wisdom, trust their unique design, and embody a more authentic and aligned way of living, leading, and creating.

Heather is the founder of MysticaLiving, an Astrological Advisor, Certified Reiki Master, and Certified Astrocartographer. She blends astrology and Reiki to help people better understand themselves, navigate life transitions, and find greater clarity in where they are and where they're going.

Her approach combines practical astrology with intuitive energy work, helping clients look beyond their Sun, Moon, and Rising signs to uncover the deeper patterns within their birth chart and current life chapter.

Through MysticaLiving, Heather offers astrology readings, transit guidance, location astrology, and Reiki energy healing for those ready to better understand themselves and the changes happening in their lives.

I share "the old ways". I'm a storyteller.

Relics, images, and open dialogue tempered with empathy, kindness, thoughtfulness, and love. Life lessons that are timeless and human centered.

Everyone has a story, I just evoke those memories.

I work with spiritually aligned women entrepreneurs who have a podcast or want to start one and are ready to turn it into a real client-attraction and revenue-generating tool. My clients go from feeling like their podcast is a content treadmill with no ROI to having a show that is organically discoverable, strategically aligned with their offers, and actually bringing in aligned clients. The biggest shifts happen around show naming and SEO, calls to action, content strategy, and finally understanding what is working.

I work primarily with women in midlife who are navigating change, reinvention, or increasing pressure in their lives.
Many of them are capable and self-aware, but still find themselves repeating the same patterns—starting and stopping, overthinking, or feeling stuck.
I help them identify the underlying emotional patterns driving that, clear what hasn’t been processed, and move forward in a way that actually sticks.
My sessions happen over Zoom.

I work to facilitate healing and embodiment with an emphasis on Self-love, and establishing energetic boundaries to be in one's sovereignty through coaching, energy healing, somatics, and more

I work with Veterans, Gen X professionals, parents, and high-performers who look cool on the outside but are a hot mess on the inside, reactionary and distracted, tired and hopeless. I do not work with people who would rather take a pill or grind and stay stressed.

I work with women who are tired of second-guessing themselves, overthinking their decisions, and feeling stuck between knowing what they want and actually moving toward it.

Through identity work, self-trust, manifestation, and pattern disruption, I help women reconnect with their inner authority, shift the patterns keeping them in cycles of doubt and self-sabotage, and begin creating wealth, confidence, and a life that feels aligned from the inside out.

The transformation is learning to stop waiting for proof, permission, or certainty before moving. My work helps women trust themselves again, follow through on what they already know, and become the version of themselves capable of creating the life they desire.

I work with those who want to unpack the conditioning of the world and their traumas by using various creative and spiritual tools to learn how to peel back the layers until you can meet your shadow, merge it with your lightness, and start living a fully aligned life that follows the calling of your highest Self.

I like to incorporate light language, Angelic healing, Reiki and energy reading along with practical embodiment tips for an integrative healing session.
