💜 Enjoy Being Human is my love project. It grew out of a whole lot of life experience, learning how to genuinely want to be here, becoming a therapist, and spending the last 26 years helping over 1,000 humans navigate being human.

I help people build practical emotional and nervous system skills so they can work with thoughts, emotions, stress, relationships, overwhelm, life life-ing, and the brain brain-ing a little more skillfully. 🧠

My work blends nervous system education, psychology, mindfulness, practical life skills, and spiritual connection in a grounded, human way. I believe people are already whole. Most of us were just never taught the skills for working with our minds, emotions, bodies, and energy.

The biggest shifts happen around show naming and SEO, calls to action, content strategy, and finally understanding what is working.

I work primarily with women in midlife who are navigating change, reinvention, or increasing pressure in their lives.
Many of them are capable and self-aware, but still find themselves repeating the same patterns—starting and stopping, overthinking, or feeling stuck.
I help them identify the underlying emotional patterns driving that, clear what hasn’t been processed, and move forward in a way that actually sticks.

Through combining the powers of Conscious Cannabis with storywork, breathwork and more, I have found extremely efficient ways to heal the subconscious and bring the mind, body and spirit back into alignment.

I work with those who want to unpack the conditioning of the world and their traumas by using various creative and spiritual tools to learn how to peel back the layers until you can meet your shadow, merge it with your lightness, and start living a fully aligned life that follows the calling of your highest Self.
