• Name and email address — when you register as a seeker, request practitioner contact information, or apply as a practitioner.
• Usage data — pages visited, referrer, and basic device information collected automatically through our hosting provider (Netlify). We do not currently use third-party analytics.

How we use your data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To send you a link to join our Skool community when you register.
• To unlock and share practitioner contact information with you after form submission.
• To notify practitioners when a seeker requests their contact details.
• To send occasional emails about practitioners and community updates (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To maintain records of community membership and directory interactions.

Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when ticking the checkbox on our registration form. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us at hello@thespiritualhealers.com.

Third-party processors

We share your data with the following trusted processors, each of whom processes data only as instructed by us and has agreed to appropriate data protection terms:

• Airtable — stores seeker registrations and practitioner profiles. Data is held on US servers under Airtable's standard contractual clauses.
• Resend — sends transactional emails (welcome emails, practitioner notifications). Data processed in the EU.
• Skool — hosts our community platform. When you join via our link, Skool's own privacy policy applies to your account.
• Netlify — hosts the website and processes server logs. Data may be processed in the US under standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Data retention

We retain your name and email address for as long as you are a member of our community. If you request deletion, we will remove your data from our systems within 30 days.

Your rights under GDPR

If you are based in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
