About

I work primarily with parents of highly sensitive, neurodivergent and deeply feeling children who are carrying stress, fear, guilt, anxiety, grief or repeating emotional patterns that they can’t seem to shift through understanding alone. My work is based on more than 35 years of personal energy awareness and many years of supporting people through Reveal & Release work. I help people look beneath the conscious story to identify the emotional-energy patterns, unconscious beliefs, inherited experiences and old emotional charge that may still be influencing how they feel, react and relate today. With parents, this becomes especially powerful because children don’t experience us only through our words. Sensitive children can connect with and experience the emotional energy within the shared family field. When a parent releases what they have been unconsciously carrying, they change not only how they feel within themselves, but also what they bring into that family space. My Reveal & Release sessions offer a space to uncover and release what feels stuck — whether that is a repeating trigger, self-doubt, guilt, fear, grief, relationship pattern or something that simply keeps resurfacing despite your best efforts to move beyond it. The transformation I’m looking for is not perfection or permanent calm. It is freedom from old emotional charge, greater clarity about what is yours and what you may be connecting with, less automatic reactivity, and the ability to return to yourself and your relationships with more love, choice and conscious connection. For parents, I call this Energy-Wise Parenting — learning to see beyond behaviour, understand the hidden emotional-energy layer, and become more conscious of what we are contributing to the family field without blame.
