About

Many of the people who find me have already spent years learning, growing, healing, or awakening. Yet they still sent, something is missing. Often it isn’t more knowledge. It’s embodiment. My work helps people reconnect with the intelligence of their own bodies through movement, breath, touch, nervous system awareness, and gentle inquiry. Whether someone comes because of pain, stress, burnout, chronic tension, or simply a desire to feel more fully at home within themselves, we begin by listening. The body has been organizing around every experience we’ve ever lives. When we begin paying attention with curiosity rather than judgement, new possibilities naturally emerge. I don’t believe healing is something we force. I believe we create the conditions where the body remembers what it already knows.
