I assist with individuals of all ages who feel emotionally stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or impacted by burnout, major life transitions, health challenges, childhood experiences, family dynamics, cultural conditioning, and religious influences. Through Emotional Soul Healing, I offer grounded emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual support focused on assisting individuals in releasing deeply rooted emotional patterns, subconscious entanglements, and inherited emotional energies that no longer serve their well-being or growth. My work includes: emotional healing and release, chakra alignment, fast tracking the inner child healing, Soul Agreement cord-cutting, ancestral and generational clearing, spiritual guidance, guided meditations, and transformational emotional support. The intention behind this work is to assist individuals in reconnecting with clarity, emotional freedom, inner peace, self-awareness, and a deeper connection to themselves — ultimately supporting the experience of a peaceful soul closure and emotional reset.

November 14 / 2016 My testimonial About five years ago, I lost my son. Two years after that, my husband left me because he couldn’t deal with me who was still deeply in the grieving stage. It was a scheduled meet up at the house he was living at that time. Stefan made a cool blended drink. I was impressed, being a full fledged “foodie” with a committed health focus. We sat down and Stefan uttered a few words that I can’t recall now. I interrupted him immediately declaring, “I am unsure of what you are talking about. Whatever it is, I’m in. Sign me up.
