I work with sensitive empaths, people who feel everything deeply and often absorb the stress, emotions, and energy of those around them without realizing it. Many arrive exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their own sense of self, carrying weight that was never fully theirs to hold. I offer several ways to support that return to balance: Stress & Burnout Coaching, Releasing Blockages, Clearing Negative Energy, Family Constellation work, Holistic Business Coaching for founders, Chakra Balancing, and Reiki sessions. What people experience through this work is a felt sense of lightness, clearer boundaries, a calmer nervous system, and a reconnection to their own energy instead of everyone else is. Many leave not just relieved, but able to trust themselves again.
