I partner with healers, coaches, community builders, space holders, and wisdom keepers to support transformation at both the individual and collective level. My work includes Human Design coaching, intuitive guidance, energy healing, and embodiment practices, as well as guest workshops, facilitation, energetic support, and space holding within communities, programs, retreats, and events.

Whether I'm helping someone navigate their next chapter or supporting a larger container designed to serve others, my intention is the same: to help people reconnect with their inner wisdom, trust their unique design, and embody a more authentic and aligned way of living, leading, and creating.

I am a spiritual healer, teacher, and founder of Holistic Harmony with Grace and Divine Aura Academy of Light. I support souls on their healing and awakening journey through energy healing, Reiki, Rahanni Celestial Healing, meditation, and spiritual development.

With a gentle, heart-led approach, I create safe and nurturing spaces for deep transformation — helping others reconnect with themselves, restore balance, and step into their true light. Through my courses, workshops, and community, I guide others to awaken their energy, trust their intuition, and live with greater peace, purpose, and alignment.

I work primarily with women in midlife who are navigating change, reinvention, or increasing pressure in their lives.
Many of them are capable and self-aware, but still find themselves repeating the same patterns—starting and stopping, overthinking, or feeling stuck.
I help them identify the underlying emotional patterns driving that, clear what hasn’t been processed, and move forward in a way that actually sticks.
My sessions happen over Zoom.

I work to facilitate healing and embodiment with an emphasis on Self-love, and establishing energetic boundaries to be in one's sovereignty through coaching, energy healing, somatics, and more

Attune your nervous system in 2 minutes each day. Sleep better, eliminate feelings of stress, focus, and return to yourself and your purpose. 🌿

How are you functioning in the following categories?

• Deep sleep
• Clear thinking
• Relationships
• Healing
• Decisive action
• Clear direction

Calm is the basis of everything. If you don't have it and are unable to regain it reliably, your brain waves are likely out of sync because your nervous system is dysregulated. This is different than having an argument or making a mistake and recovering after a night or two rest. If you can't recover, you may look put-together but feel foggy, exhausted, reactionary, indecisive, forgetful, or even aimless.

An attuned nervous system helps you sleep, focus, heal, and It’s crucial for excelling in life. At The Joyful Path, you’ll find your Stillpoint within not by studying and learning but by feeling it the very first time you listen. Because experience is the best teacher. You get this for free and at your fingertips every single day.

Commitment to listen daily, uninterrupted, will decrease frequency of arguments, increase interpersonal understanding, increase focus, enhance efficacy of meditation and workouts, and improve ability to fall asleep and stay asleep

I work with Veterans, Gen X professionals, parents, and high-performers who look cool on the outside but are a hot mess on the inside, reactionary and distracted, tired and hopeless. I do not work with people who would rather take a pill or grind and stay stressed.

I work with women who know they’re meant for more, but somehow still hold themselves back.
Maybe you doubt yourself, overthink everything, or feel like you’re not fully showing up the way you want to in your life or your business. And very often, it’s not because you don’t know what to do. It’s because something inside of you doesn’t feel safe yet to really go all in.
That’s where I come in.
I don’t teach you more strategy. We work on what’s underneath; your patterns, your beliefs, your nervous system, and everything your body is holding onto. Because if you don’t feel safe to be visible, to receive money, or to trust yourself, nothing on the outside will really change.
And that also includes your body. Especially if you’re going through perimenopause, menopause or burn out and suddenly feel exhausted, emotional, or not like yourself anymore.
In my work, we look at all of it, your business, your confidence, your energy and your health, because it’s all connected.
And when that shifts, things start to feel easier again. You feel like yourself again. And your life and business begin to flow.

If you’re new to my work, start with this meditation. It gives you a real feeling for the state I work from and how we access deeper layers of the subconscious mind.
