I partner with healers, coaches, community builders, space holders, and wisdom keepers to support transformation at both the individual and collective level. My work includes Human Design coaching, intuitive guidance, energy healing, and embodiment practices, as well as guest workshops, facilitation, energetic support, and space holding within communities, programs, retreats, and events.

Whether I'm helping someone navigate their next chapter or supporting a larger container designed to serve others, my intention is the same: to help people reconnect with their inner wisdom, trust their unique design, and embody a more authentic and aligned way of living, leading, and creating.

I guide individuals, families, and even pets toward deep relaxation through sound baths tuned to Solfeggio frequencies or 432 Hz. My sessions support stress release, nervous system regulation, and parasympathetic activation—especially helpful during times of anxiety, emotional overwhelm, sleep difficulties, or sensory overload. For children, this gentle sound environment can ease transitions, calm hyperactivity, and nurture emotional resilience. For adults, it offers a reset from chronic stress, mental fatigue, or burnout. And yes—even pets respond: many dogs and cats visibly relax during sessions, as these gentle, harmonically rich tones help soothe their nervous systems too. Whether you're recovering from a tough day, supporting a sensitive child, or seeking a non-invasive way to restore balance for your whole household, my sound work meets you exactly where you are.

I am a Spiritual Beekeeper working with bees to heal land and support human development and healing. Community on Skool and a Bee Spa for healing sessions, day and 24 hr 1:1 retreats.

I work with sensitive empaths, people who feel everything deeply and often absorb the stress, emotions, and energy of those around them without realizing it. Many arrive exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their own sense of self, carrying weight that was never fully theirs to hold.

I offer several ways to support that return to balance: Stress & Burnout Coaching, Releasing Blockages, Clearing Negative Energy, Family Constellation work, Holistic Business Coaching for founders, Chakra Balancing, and Reiki sessions.

What people experience through this work is a felt sense of lightness, clearer boundaries, a calmer nervous system, and a reconnection to their own energy instead of everyone else is. Many leave not just relieved, but able to trust themselves again.
