Yet  they still sent, something is missing.
Often it isn’t more knowledge.
It’s embodiment.
My work helps people reconnect with the intelligence of their own bodies through movement, breath, touch, nervous system awareness, and gentle inquiry.
Whether someone comes because of pain, stress, burnout, chronic tension, or simply a desire to feel more fully at home within themselves, we begin by listening.
The body has been organizing around every experience we’ve ever lives.
When we begin paying attention with curiosity rather than judgement, new possibilities naturally emerge.
I don’t believe healing is something we force.
I believe we create the conditions where the body remembers what it already knows.

I assist with individuals of all ages who feel emotionally stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or impacted by burnout, major life transitions, health challenges, childhood experiences, family dynamics, cultural conditioning, and religious influences.

Through Emotional Soul Healing, I offer grounded emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual support focused on assisting individuals in releasing deeply rooted emotional patterns, subconscious entanglements, and inherited emotional energies that no longer serve their well-being or growth.

💜 Enjoy Being Human is my love project. It grew out of a whole lot of life experience, learning how to genuinely want to be here, becoming a therapist, and spending the last 26 years helping over 1,000 humans navigate being human.

I help people build practical emotional and nervous system skills so they can work with thoughts, emotions, stress, relationships, overwhelm, life life-ing, and the brain brain-ing a little more skillfully. 🧠

My work blends nervous system education, psychology, mindfulness, practical life skills, and spiritual connection in a grounded, human way. I believe people are already whole. Most of us were just never taught the skills for working with our minds, emotions, bodies, and energy.
